The fear card is their only play. We all know how well-versed in science this moron (*) is, so how can anyone place any credence in his latest fear scam?
Realistically however, the fascists would love nothing more than to impose martial law on the U.S. A hundred years from now they'll be reading about the "Aviary Putsch". Anything's possible when a madman is at the controls.
