4. What time does Big BushCo take to the airwaves?
I want to get my tin foil hat down off the hook, and secure it over my Medulla Oblongata with DU-regulation blue shoelaces prior to today's PROPAGANDA EVENT.

Remember, Big BushCo loves you.

9. hint: Freedom is the new weapon on terrorism
I heard scotty say it this AM from yesterday! Here is more...

<snip>

White House spokesman Scott McClellan said Bush, in Thursday speech, "is going to be directly taking on some of those who argue that we should withdraw from the Middle East and those who suggest that taking the fight to the enemy only causes these radicals to launch attacks."

The president intended to give Americans a newly detailed description of the terrorists' clearly thought-out strategy for dominating the world with their brand of Islam and continued attacks on democracy. The president was to argue that the fight against them is not to be underestimated and can be compared to the lengthy previous battles against ideologies such as communism, McClellan said.

13. OK I plan to watch
Have no aversion to watching the monkey speaketh lies and spin
Deviant personality buffs anonymous. Also I think we must SEE and KNOW, not hide from these abusers, our govt hijackers.

Speculation:

--Maybe the pRez will announce a new hurricane rebuilding czar (or WHAT was that hurricane reconstruction job description??) now that Rove may be experiencing technical difficulties. (It'll take massive tax cuts for Halliburton et al to rebuild New Orleans y'know).

--Or maybe he'll talk about how we're gonna draw down the troops (yay)... but right now we gotta stay the course.

--If he mentions Iran, I'll have Doctor Strangelove flashbacks and start buying more bottled water and duct tape.

So I'm expecting some sort of 'end run' attempt in their usual petty vindictive style.
"Heh Heh. We're still in control. I'm the pResident of a vast administration y'know...Take that! (dirt clod or water balloon)

OR like ET Awful said--maybe it'll be Bird Flu Tax Cuts Bird Flu
----------

Or maybe they'll pull a new Wombat of Mass Distraction out of the hat.

14. Please note
that today's speech is actually what had been prepared for Bush to deliver on 9-11. I'm sure it has minor changes. However, the fact that he had planned to give a speech about his war in Iraq on the anniversary of the 9-11 attack shows how the administration continues to pretend that Iraq was involved in 9-11, and that opposing his war is a unpatriotic, weak position that makes us vulnerable to terrorists.
