Note to Fitzgerald: Subpoena White House Philippines Spy |
|
Edited on Thu Oct-06-05 09:01 AM by DemsUnited
This was a guy who had access to the Cheney office secrets for years. He was snooping, copying, saving stuff to the hard drive. God knows what he uncovered, or what he may have saved that others shredded.
Don't know how/if one prosecutor can question someone indicted by another prosecutor, but it sure would be interesting!

1. It Would Be Worthy Of A Plea Agreement |

If this guy could share what he knows in the outing case as well...
Id be willing to let him serve probation if he had information that could bring down this administration.

2. This Requires A Different Investigation |
|
Almost no mention of this story in the corporate media this morning...and even scant mention on the blogs. I think this is very explosive as I sense there's more here than meets the eye.
This regime is way too "tight" and especially Chenney's office to let anyone just poke around or even be around without having some use/purpose.
I haven't seen a real good report on what information was compromised. If it does involve anything germaine to Fitzgerald's investigation, I'm certain he's onto what's going on. However, I sense this is a totally different scandal that could have others ramifications.
Now, could this spy actually be another strawman/plant? A diversion? Or if this person really did get this information...how was it used. Was this part of a psy-ops game to distort public opinion in that part of the world?
Hopefully some dilligent Congress critters are paying attention here and have the same questions I do.
