Before Rita and Katrina, many believed in the competency of a government response..well..more than 3/4 of the us know better now...so the elementary, transparant, terror tactics which intimated a great big papa bear homeland security protection will never work again...ever...and if the media wants to spin it that way, well they just look stupid...because bureacracy, greed and incompetence are the makeup of the current administration and we know it ...the majority of us knows it now...try again Karl...we are so over your agenda....
