I have seen no mention of that even being attempted. You should read the article at the link below to get an idea of how very, very badly things were run on the Federal level. You would think that no disaster ever happened before.

Don't you think he should have mentioned that in his other interviews asking about the outrageous delay in releasing bodies? Most spurs to action were media driven. (I suppose all statements had to be cleared by DHS.)
