?? Can Fitzgerald have indictments under seal so that if he were to be
removed from the case they could go forward with charges. Any lawyers with thoughts on this.

4. I read somewhere, that due to a loophole
he can not be fired. The #2 guy in dept of justice appointed him has been fired/resigned.

I can't remember the specific article I read on this, but it was posted here at DU.

7. And cars . . .
. . .especially going through tunnels. And doesn't cross streets. And has a full time body guard at his home.

Still won't help much if they decide to suicide or accidentize him.

8. Hmm.. I'd like to see it. Sounds interesting.
Most special prosecutors are at the fate of the president they're supposed to be holding responsible, but until I see something that proves otherwise, I will continue to think he's firable...
