CIA analysis of post-Saddam era revealed |
|
Edited on Fri Oct-14-05 08:00 AM by malta blue
I heard a snippet of a story on NPR this morning which basically states that memos were released under the freedom of information act that showed the CIA analyzed would happen in after the removal of Saddam Hussein and it is, for the most part, right on target. The report stated that the administration chose to ignore this information which was given to them in the summer of 2004. But, they rushed the CIA into analyzing data which would promote the war (but we already knew that).
Some parts of this post may not be accurate, as I just caught the tail end of the story. I was wondering if anyone had more information.
