Looking at this from another angle, why would a reporter, any reporter, be invited to come up to Jackson Hole and look at the aspens? The VP lives up there also. Is there any other "friendship" in government and the press that would warrant such an invite? Perhaps they are both married and attempted to be discreet? Just a possibility.
