LOL! Knuckle draggers in reactionary meltdown mode as they discover that Judge Bob Perkins, who will preside over Delay trial, has contributed to moveon.org, Kerry, and the DNC. http://www.freerepublic.com/focus/f-news/1504143/posts?page=1,50

I have it on good information that his screen name is Skinner.

2. In fairness
wouldn't we be outraged if Pelosi got indicted in California and we found out the judge to preside had given money to Arnold's campaign and several of his referenda? Judges have no business giving money to those kinds of efforts.

6. Hey now, we've got a war to fight. NO time to be fair...
/sarcasm...

Seriously, it seems that the Courts in Texas are about every bit as political as we could imagine. Just take a look at that seemy group of legal hacks who slithered their way to DC for the photo opt today, in order to vouch for their gal Hariet. All's fair at this point.

7. admittedly finding a non political judge in TX would be next to impossible
which is the fault of people like Delay who used to be a State Senator.

10. Judgeships are elective positions here.
All the republican Judges have donated to their organizations too.

There is even an appeals process in this state now!
