1. Miller is intensely disliked by journalists

for many reasons, not the least because she has now done what journalists never do, out of
loyalty to each other: you never 'work' for a 'side'. If you work for a side, you can not cover the other side in a war, for instance, without jeopardizing yourself and your colleagues.
