From a thread today regarding Plamegate and Cheney's involvement:

I used to think the Democrats were the party of incompetence and the Republicans the party of corruption, but I'm reluctantly forced to conclude that the Republicans have become the party of treason.

If an attempt to undermine the United States and her people at the local, state, federal and international level be treason, then the Republicans are the party of treason. If the urge to rob the poor in order to enrich the wealthy be treason, then the Republicans are the party of treason. If a willingness to place America's youth in harm's way in the pursuit of ill-gotten gains be treason, then the Republicans are the party of treason.

If you support the present Administration then you are either a traitor yourself or an apologist for treason. What a shame that the party of Lincoln and Theodore Roosevelt has sunk to this level of greed and duplicity!

The best thing well-intentioned Republicans could do now is abandon their party and move to the Libertarians or some other such like-minded party. As it is it will take years if not decades to repair the damage done in a few short years by these traitors to the fabric of American society. It's time to consign the Republican Party to the dustbin of history and find a new and nobler flag-bearer for the conservative cause.
