A Clinton staff research hiccup revealed
"His father {Carlo Corsentino, a member of the DeCavalcante family on which the 'Sopranos' is allegedly based}, who is now dead, caused another stir in the 1990s when he and another mob pal received congratulatory letters from then-President Bill Clinton on their 100th birthdays."

1. 100th birthday
I thought it was a pretty standard thing that upon any American reaching their 100th birthday that they got a letter from the President.

3. Anyone can request one....
My Grandparents celebrated their 50th wedding anniversary and my aunt requested a signed certificate from Bush as a present. My grandparents were soooo proud....
