I have no idea. Rove and the President will have to deal with it. Prosecutors often look for things that don't turn out and then try to get suspects on perjury and obstruction of justice, etc.

everyone reported that his mug shot had no arraignment number, even though that's the usual process- but no one ever said why there wasn't one. i don't mean just why, as in "he's delay" but what was the actual technical excuse given.

the nytimes mentioned 'no booking number' but of course, now, who expects them to go any further that what their spoon fed.
