I got an annuity but had to remain in the IRR as long as I got paid, which would be until I'm 58 years old. I'm 47 now. I had heard of some medical people getting called back, but I am an infantry officer.

THAT is the post of which I was referring: It ties the idea that 'counting bodies' is bad for bush ... and that those who speak of 'body counts', or post threads regarding them, do so with the express intention of embarassing Bush ... Or that it is done without any concern or consideration of the families of soldiers who have died ....

It is significant to us as citizens to know how many of our fellow citizens have lost their lives in this military adventure ... It is, and should be PUBLIC KNOWLEDGE what is happening to 'our boys' in Iraq and Afghanistan ... that is an issue separate from the choice made to go to war in the first place ... but it is a RESULT of that choice .... The choice was made by Bush and his ilk in the GOP power sphere ... It was a WRONG choice, it was a choice based on falsehood .. and he should be held accountable for that choice ....

I am not 'defensive about this', but I am and will be 'offensive' against those who would attempt to deny my right to blame the 'body count', which I believe to be the result of an illicit war based on lies, on the very party whom had promoted those lies and falsehoods ...

The body count is real ... there is NO glee or 'happiness' when it is declared ... yet there is a suitable target for blame: Bush and his party ....
