3. John Stewart asked this the other night i think
I forget who he was talking to but they said its a maximum of 7 months for federal indictments but the plantiffs can file for extensions. Our party better get out there and demand a speedy trial.

5. In the Larry Franklin OSP-AIPAC case the initial indictment was signed
last Fall, and Franklin pleaded guilty late last month. Call that a year. If the same timetable applies, that means trials in the Plame case commence before the 2006 elections.

Anybody else out there wake up with a smile on their face this morning? :7
