I suspect that Fitz will ask for an extension of the Grand Jury |
|
The reason I suspect this is because I read that FBI agents are still doing investigative work. They have been seen in the Wilson's neighborhood asking questions about whether Plame's neighbors knew of her CIA status before Novak's article. With only two days left of the Grand Jury this seems out of the ordinary. There is not enough time left to analyse data and submit to Grand Jury for consideration. Also there has been word about sealed indictments. That is not usual and usually means more to follow which usually means more time needed. Just my hunch but by all appearances Fitz seems to be the sort of fellow that wants all the Is dotted and the Ts crossed. I would rather wait a few more weeks and get it right than to come forth too soon. Just my $.02 worth...

1. Interviewing neighbors doesn't strike me as a move that will unearth |

any new ground-breaking evidence, but that's just my uneducated hunch.

2. But it makes sense that he would require more time. |

If a job's worth doing, it's worth doing well. These people don't do things by half, so there could still be a great deal yet to be investigated and prosecuted, probably much of it interconnected
