Libby and Rove are JUST THE WARM UP! Fitz is going for the BIG FISH!
Anyone who thinks there will be no indictments is not listening to what's being reported.

We now know from several reporting agencies / papers / journals / media that Rove and Libby WILL BE INDICTED (merry Fitzmas). And we know they are being indicted for perjury, obstruction and Libby is being indicted for unlawful disclosure of a CIA agent's ID.

We also know that the Grand Jury Investigation is being extended.

We know that the FBI is helping by VALIDATING that there were no other sources of leaks (questioning neighbors, friends, relatives). It was reported that so far, the FBI has not found any other potential sources of identity leaks.

We know that Fitzgerald has looked into the Niger documents.

We also know from former CIA and intelligence members that Fitzgerald is taking this investigation BEYOND THE LEAK. That only says one thing to me: DSM and the lies that TOOK US TO WAR. Plamegate is inherently "connected at the roots" with the DSM and the illegality of the IRAQ WAR. Senator Kerry spoke out today that this is the case: THE AMERICAN PEOPLE WERE LIED TO IN ORDER TO TAKE US TO WAR WITH IRAQ.

Fitzgerald is likely investigating this, as this is the most HEINOUS of crimes that was EXPOSED by Plamegate.

I now believe that Fitzgerald is going after Bush, Cheney and the entire WHIG. The Bush Administration WILL END IN DISGRACE. Those guilty WILL BE PROSECUTED. JUSTICE WILL BE SERVED.

Fitzmas, like the holiday it was derived from, symbolizes a new hope: the hope that America is waking up from its slumber to set things right.

1. I hope you are right.
It would be a terrible precedent if this criminal behavior goes unpunished to the maximum of the law.

6. It'll take a while yet,
but these people will be swept from power and America will begin rebuilding. I expect Chimpy himself will be gone by August 2006. This will occur because his top minions in Congress will all be in jail or in court, swept up in numerous scandals of their own making: Abramoff, insider trading, etc. Once the top tier of cronies is gone, the second tier (low in status and power) will have to start proceedings, because they will be desperately trying to save their own jobs. Won't help them much though. 2006 will be a banner year for America.

16. Perhaps
He might be gone before his term expires, but I wouldn't say August 2006. He won't be ousted unless we win one or both houses of Congress in November 2006.

23. Plus... how powerful is the top teir anyway?
Delay is indicted, Frist is under investigation, and it's only a mater of time before Hastert is under investigation (should the FBI investigate Seible Edmons story). The Republican party would be smart to step aside from this radioactive administration.

She could make Abramoff look like a small case, and Abramoff makes Traitorgate look like a small case. The Party is about to implode.

Someone in the astrology forum predicted a good long time ago that a woman with blonde hair will bring down Bush (Plame/Wilson has blonde hair). So I'm hoping that the truth will come out and we can start to make the wrong things right.

39. The CONTINENTAL!
I LOVE THIS GUY, this cracked me up so much that I basically created a cartoon character based on him called "Mr Nice" (bet some folks here don't know I was/am a cartoonist :) )

Here's the link: http://www.mrnice.com

And as far was the call on this thread this is EXACTLY what my FILM presupposes Plamegate and DSM are JOINED AT THE HIP -- I filmed the DSM hearings in DC (back when no media were supposedly going to cover it) and realised soon after that it's all ONE BIG SCAM, and that the Plamegate was only a Symptom of the larger disease..

My film is called "Rove's War", 2 DVD set, a 150 minutes of RED MEAT with the DSM hearing as an anchor - have a look, see the preview at
http://www.takebackthemedia.com

Good CALL.

26. To be Accurate........

We know that Fitzgerald has asked for indictments on Rove and Libby for perjery and obstruction of justice, and that he also asked for an indictment on Scotter for outing a CIA agent.

What we dont know is will the grand jury agree with him and actually indict them for one or all charges.

We also do not know if or how many other people will be indicted, so really we dont know there will be indictments for sure. We only know Fitzgerald asked the grand jury to indict Rove and Libby.

And in reality it is all still just a leak that has not been confirmed by anyone official.

25. *** sigh***
I hope and pray you are right because it's been a long road for this country. While reading you post I actually found myself holding back the tears. It seems we get so close to justice only to have justice fail us. I don't think this country can take more of this madness. We have 2001 dead men and women their deaths the result of a war of choice.

I'm keeping the hope alive and I hope this country will stand strong. Your optimism is much appreciated.

I've had a strong feeling since I first got into this case a couple of months ago that he was going after someone huge. Whether Cheney or Bush or both. Remember he also got those Air Force One calls so who knows what is on there. Didn't Colin Powell testify as well? He's been publically showing a guilty consceious although I think he's just trying to save his own ass from going to jail. I've always had the thought that if one of them was brought down they all will. Everything they do is connected and to the same person (Bush).
