The "crime" that the Neocons want to see will happen.

They will get the wish....

Just watch and wait.

3. They don't like "technical" crimes...like perjury..

If indictments are to happen they want one for the crime investigated.

So they are spinning the indictments on Libby as uninportant because no indictments were issued for the actual CIA leak of Plame being an undercover CIA operative.

The Espionage act violations of national security violations.

So there WILL be indictments on those charges...conspiracy to commit espionage.

Dick Cheney....

Unindicted co-conspirators will be those who testify to expose the truth.

Libby and Rove will be BIG players in this as will others. Fitz is no stranger to conspiracy investigations. A good conspiracy indictment goes to the leader of the conspiracy. To do that you have to "break" the conspiracy. And that is just what he has done.

We will actually see the "technical" crime argument dissapear as well as the criminalization of politics very very fast.
