1. He was to be on the Ed Schultz show yesterday but..... |
|
Since the indictments were issued yesterday, his lawyer told him to be silent now so he could not be on Ed's Show. I take that as probably how he has to be for a while. I do not know what his future plans are but it must be a legal avenue based upon his lawyer now keeping him quiet.

The *bush crime family is getting boxed in! I hope for a trial for Libby. We can get Cheney then.

who *may* have been faking Pedro out, just called in with what sounded like prepared remarks saying that Scooter is a hero… that he's in jail not (not) and that Valerie Plame is the real traitor… that if Scooter had to take down that Venuzuelan airliner (WTF?) to protect this country, well, that's what it took. Scooter served his President honorably.
These Freepers are all insane.

6. If the Wilsons file a civil suit against Libby and his neocon thugs |
|
could they subpoena the whole damn bunch to testify? Since the Supreme Court has decided that even a sitting president isn't safe from law suits, I would expect to see Chimpy, Cheney, Rumsfeld, Rice, Wolfowitz etc. called before the court and asked what part they played in Libby's outing of Plame and why. This wasn't just a game of political hardball this was the protection of a covert operation to take this country to war.
They need to file suit first thing Monday morning. Then their attorney ought to start issuing notices for deposition before the sun sets again. Let's get these guys under oath and wondering if all of their stories are in agreement. I'm betting Chimpy's depo would be the first to blow their entire plan since he is too stupid to keep anything straight.
Come on, Joe and Valerie, turn up the heat. Pretty please.
