GREAT episode. The attorney was respresenting a sister who lost her brother in Iraq due to inadequate training.
I thought the message of the episode was "We must talk about this war"

In fact, all three, West Wing, Commander in Chief, and Boston Legal, were all great this week.
It's starting to amaze me that these TV shows are all incorporating what's happening in real world politics.
