I cannot stand Narcisstic Personality Disorders especially when they are trying to reinforce their dominance or manipulate others. After having known several in my lifetime I do not have much patience with this disorder. This is a textbook example of the utterance of an individual with a severe disorder. This man is dangerous.

Shortly after the exposure of Valerie Plame, IIRC, bush made a joke at another press conference, and there were foreign dignitaries involved. Perhaps someone with better research capabilities can find the link.
