Poll question: What (R) Senators may support an Alito filibuster? |
|
What Senators do you think are most likely to not vote for cloture and nuclear option for the Scalito nomination?
I go for None- rat bastards.
At the time, I was against a compromise, because I was pretty sure that NO circumstance would be considered "extraordinary" enough for the Gang of 14.
Now, I am happy with it, despite that I am probably right about what I thought would happen with the R's. I am happy because the R's can't survive the showdown now- they could when the compromise was made.

a couple of them, might, just might, oppose him, but they'll say he deserves an up or down vote.

If he thinks Alito wants to gut Roe it might not ever get out of committee.
