President Carter to be on Larry King, supposedly to blast the relig right

at 9 PM eastern time.

This should be interesting. Here we have an evangelical former president who wears integrity, dignity, and sincerity on his sleeve, and he's gonna take on the religious right tonight according to the commercials.

Whether or not he really does blast the religious right tonight, he's a president who's a breath of fresh air when it comes to politics and/or religion. He never tried to shove his faith down our throats for political gain like the immoral bastards on the right do, and he doesn't use his faith for all the wrong reasons.

1. He was interviewed by Terry Gross today on Fresh Air.

And he had both barrels blazing at the religous right. It was great. He critisized the Southern Baptists for making women subjugated to men in the church. And he said that science and religion should not mix in regards to "Intelligent Design".
