Bridge to Nowhere. Please explain. |
|
Why did Congress vote NOT to rescind the funding for the Bridge to Nowhere and apply it to Katrina relief? How did our Dem Senators vote?

6. Not really. I'm being dead serious, it was a tantrum like no other |
|
He said something like "will I support removing this from my state? NOOOOOOOOOO!!!!!!!!!!!" Screamed it at the top of his lungs. It was a sight.

10. "They would have to remove him on a stretcher first." |
|
The Daily Show had fun with that clip. Even Al Franken screamed NO at Jon Stewart a la Psycho Stevens.

12. Out of the 15 that voted to rescind, only 4 were Dems. |
|
Well this tells me who is looking out for the interests of the American people and it's not the top Dems who I've been supporting. I have some re-evaluating to do.

9. I believe this is the truth of the matter. |

Everybody's got pork. If Ted doesn't get his, nobody else doesn't either. But, yes, he did throw quite a tantrum. He's such an embarrassment to this state. He used to be a pretty good senator, I think (for a pub), but he's really lost it in the past few years.
