Should Fitzgerald use Bush-style non-torture persuasion to get the truth? |
|
So our little Hitler says "There's an enemy that lurks and plots and plans and wants to hurt America again. So you bet we will aggressively pursue them but we will do so under the law."
I think he protests a bit too much on this, and that his administration is the enemy that lurks and plots and plans and wants to hurt America.....over and over again.
So.....do we hold the higher ground here, or is Fitzgerald allowed to waterboard Libbey until he gives up the truth. Would it be legal to unleash the hounds upon Rove's crotch?
After all, this is an issue of national security. Right?

Best idea I've heard all day. Maybe Fitz could get some tips from Gonzales.

4. Ah, but it's not torture... |

It's all legal according to our glorious leader. And waterboarding sounds like fun - kind of like waterskiing or wakeboarding!

3. Maybe he could make Cheney pose |

like one of the prisoners at abu graihb and have an army chick with a cigarette pointing at his genitals. That's probably not torture. Or maybe it wold be for her.
