Bush only ever campaigns. He never governs. |
Because he and the other Republican fucktards don't know how to govern; the only know how to campaign. That bullshit speech with which he defiled Veteran's Day was a perfect example of that... but I don't think Bush has a chance of restoring his poll numbers.

1. What do you expect when the mob is running the government? |
They campaign, and they loot. That's it.
Same as they'd do if they took over a union or any other organization.

3. If we had a real news media people would have known that 4 years ago. |
Instead, it took a category 5 hurricane to blow away at the category 5 spin that was protecting Bush all these years.

4. He never had to govern---ever! Texas has a very weak Gov. seat |
this is how it went down, Cheney and his people told him "Look you make a speech every now and then, go to some chicken dinners and have the summers off, howz that sound son, pretty good right?"

5. And he is very lazy.. Before 9-11 |
he had taken almost 1/3 of his time off on vacations.
I would bet in Texas he did not "work" more than 30 days a YEAR....

11. but, if I recall, Texas pardons were only a delay, not a true pardon |
Please let me know if I err, (I do do doodoo often) but I read some comparative state rules and statutes, (right about the time that Gov. Ryan pardoned 17 off of Illinois Death Row) and Texas pardons only delayed, not stopped, the eventual sentence.
It made no sense to me then, nor does it now, but, please set me straight if you can. Then again, Gov. Bush made no sense to me then, just like Pres. Bush makes no sense to me now.

12. Henry lee Lucas got a pardon, although Bush really wasn't at fault |
for that one, it was some legal technicality but i wish i could blame him for that.

6. He is too busy selling bad policy to govern. Anyway, he wouldn't |
have the slightest idea how to anyway.

9. Politics of the last 25 years can be summed up in this way: |
Demcorats can't campaign and Republicans can't govern. These are the faults of each party recently.

10. Somewhere I once read this quote. |
"Republicans say that government doesn't work, they then get elected and prove it". Or something like that and I can't remember who said it. Chimpy is a cheerleader for the PNAC, Corporate and religious wacko, crowd. It's why they picked him, it's what he excels? at.
