I write this now, and the potential exists that it will now end up at a government database with my name, address, phone number, all integrated with other files involving all the data the government may have on me, if my ISP is willig to follow these orders issued today. Yes, they have about 18 months to fully implement this, but that's not to say anyone is going to be ahead of the game for "National Security Reasons."
