This came as an email for NYTimes table of contents for today.
I have not read the story--but see they are cutting expences.
Two to one I bet the CEO's are keeping/raising their saleries.

1. Maybe they should cut back on the endless advertising

in print, TV, internet and radio and then put some of that money back into the research and jobs they want to cut
