civilians to leave? Didn't I hear stories about that?
Either way it was still used as a weapon and that goes against regulations. When your America, the poster child for democracy and human rights, you can't resort to the abuses we've committed. If your the standard by which everyone looks to, you can't step a toe out of line. And we did, we abused prisoners in Abu, we set up black camps for torture, we used willy pete on a population of people. It is just inexcusable.
