if the vote is going the way the repukes want, they change their vote so they can tell their constituents that they voted the '"right way

5. Yeah, this goes on a lot.

There's an electronic board that shows the vote in the House (never shown on teevee), and Debbie Wasserman Schultz from FL said she thought they needed to get it looked at, because Repug votes kept changing from red to green or vice versa.

Lotsa arm-twisting, threats and promises on their side to get what the "leadership" wants.
