interested in investigating the millions of dollars spent on outsourcing to a private company the work of the proposed Office of Strategic Planning. This Office had to be canned because of public outrage. Anyway, Wilkersen said it was outsourced to a company with the name of Renton or Rendon or something like that. Can anybody elaborate of this?
