Meanwhile back in Chicago: FITZ Indict's Lord Conrad Black

Conrad Black is facing the battle of his life with U.S. justice officials, who have slapped him with a sweeping criminal indictment that could send him to jail for 40 years.

Lord Black has four days to decide whether to turn himself in. A court date has been set for Tuesday in Chicago, Assistant U.S. Attorney Eric Sussman told Report on Business Television Friday.

"We are committed to extraditing Mr. Black if he will not appear voluntarily," Mr. Sussman said.
