Anyone just hear the poem Randi played on the air by Carly Sheehan? |

What a sad, touching, cathartic poem it was. I hope the recording of her reading it can be widely heard. It was just shattering, so important to hear and remember this week of Thanksgiving.
Bring them home now. No more families should have to endure this.

2. Wasn't it from Cindy's daughter? |
|
The lines were: "Have you ever heard taps played at your BROTHER's funeral."

but my first sentence was incorrectly stated, Randi didn't read it, she played a recording of Carly reading it.

3. I tried to read that poem aloud to my husband |
|
from a DU thread a few months ago. I burst into tears before I could even finish it.
It's heartbreaking.
