Amazing what passes for journalism on Fauxnews. |
|
Within one hour of watching Faux, I saw two major plugs for major corporations. This was blatant product placement. At one point one of the hosts of their morning show held a 40 ozs. bottle of Coors beer in their hand while they traded quips with Bill Hemmerererererer. Of course it was Coors, can they be anymore transparent? Coors being a major right-wing family. In a previous segment the "reporter" held a huge model of a "America West" airliner in her hand to demonstrate wind shear. Like, this talking head idiot knows anything about the scientific aspects of wind shear. So there you have it, day before Thanksgiving and Faux is using "props" to sell beer and airline tickets in their "newscasts". What do people do over the Thanksgiving holiday? They fly and drink beer. They aren't even trying to hide it any more. Faux has made it clear again that they are nothing more than a mouthpiece for rightwing corporatism in this country. Anybody who thinks Faux is accurately reporting newsworthy events is a fool.
On a similar note, I saw that Tucker Carlson's show on MSNBC is being billed as "Fair & Balanced", I thought that phrase was copyrighted by Faux. Tucker must have pleasured one of the execs at Faux to get permission to use the phrase. Perhaps "Fair & Balanced" is now Freeper code for blatant fascist propaganda.

1. Everything on there is fake |
|
Fake newsman Oreilly. fake liberal Colmes, fake anchorman Hume, fake panel of "experts" Barnes, Williams, and Liason. I'm not surprised that Bill Hemmerroid ended up there. Was he shitcanned by CNN?

fox is not in the journalism business. fox is in the news entertainment business ,always has been and always will be. fox news just barely makes any money so i guess they are selling product placement ads ...hmmm i bet is it- fox isn`t meeting it`s ratings and the advertisers are asking for free air time.......
