http://www.nndb.com/This website contains profiles of thousands of famous people. It describes itself thusly:
"NNDB is an intelligence aggregator that tracks the activities of people we have determined to be noteworthy, both living and dead. Superficially, it seems much like a "Who's Who" where a noted person's curriculum vitae is available (the usual information such as date of birth, a biography, and other essential facts.)
But it mostly exists to document the connections between people, many of which are not always obvious. A person's otherwise inexplicable behavior is often understood by examining the crowd that person has been hanging out with.
Eventually, we will have synopses and analyses of creative works by the people in the database, including their books, films, and recordings."

They let you send in suggestions. If you read someone's profile, at the bottom they have a little link whereby you can suggest corrections or additions to the profile.
I just went to the Bill Kristol profile, which mentions that he has THREE CHILDREN. Betting that at least one of his children is old enough for military service, I suggested that they explore the question of why, if Mr. Kristol is so hell-bent on "staying the course" in Iraq, none of his children are serving in Iraq. (Nor is he.)
I also suggested to the website that they add to Bill's profile the following--"Political affiliation: Chickenhawk."
You can have fun sending in suggestions to add to the profile of your favorite modern "luminaries".
