7. I know! I can't understand the change in response from a similar poll
a few weeks ago, around the time Murtha took action.

2. Why in the world would 56% think the debate is harmful?
Edited on Mon Nov-28-05 07:56 PM by Bush in Berkeley
:wtf:

How is a debate harmful, if we're actively taking troops out of Iraq I could see how some might find this harmful, but to simply have the debate is harmful? Again, :wtf:

8. They are being freeped. Who else would answer that debate is harmful?
The media did a lot of Thanksgiving coverage of the Sheehan presence and the Murtha generated War debate as being harmful to the troops. I laughed it off, but it seems to have had some effect. Very similar questions were asked a few weeks ago, with much different results!

5. This poll is odd
56% say withdraw either immediately or w/in a year, but 56% also say the debate is harmful? I don't get that.

6. I've noticed that inconsistency, and must say that this poll is
totally out of line with an MSNBC poll that said almost the same thing.
