10. I firmly believe that it is possible, not a single person polled
will give him a vote of confidence before this is over. What do you think that chances are that he will poll less than 3%? At 1%? I think, myself, it is pretty high.

Will be fun to watch when the Repub primary heats up and gets ugly. Petro, Blackwell and Montgomery are going to have to blame it ALL on lame duck Taft, dontcha think?
