4. Given that women won't be allowed to attend them anymore
I'd guess they need half as many schools as they used to have.

5. That's only fair
We're the ones who blew them up! And I'm sure there are schools in the U.S. that could use some rebuilding. Last I heard, the public schools in New Orleans haven't been reopened yet.

6. Hundreds of schools, and NEVER a damn photo of one?
I guess these new schools are all cleverly
disguised as corpse-strewn piles of smoking rubble,
so they blend in with their surroundings...:sarcasm:

And why doesn't anyone ever point out the fact
that Iraq HAD enough schools until we started bombing them?

And those schools admitted girls, until
we put the Fundamentalists into power.

10. If All These Schools Were "Built " . . .
the media would be flooded with photos of these newly reconstructed schools and the happy students returning to class.

Iraq was not a third world country before we invaded. We bombed it back to the stone age and are planning to keep it that way until the U.S. is finished stealing.

11. We wouldn't have to build them
if we hadn't blown them all up in the first place.

13. EXACTLY! Iraq was NOT a third-world country!
It was an economically viable, culturally wealthy nation. People seem to forget that.

They HAD schools. They got blown up. We're rebuilding them. It's not some miraculous thing.
