"So you were outraged that Republicans supported Saddam back in the 80's?"
"You were then wondering why the hell Raygun and Bush would arm a murderous tyrant the kind that would kill his own people right?"

Simple question I ask freepers who play up the whole "Saddam killed his own people! butchered them! that means nothing to you???"

Fact is of course they didn't give a shit when their heroes supported his regime NOW all of a sudden they're candidate for a twisted form of Amnesty International.

What's more they don't give a shit about Iraqis, never give a shit or ever will but by Jesus they will put the onions over their eyes to get fake tears when it comes to defending Junior's war plans.....

7. But the fascist right wing industrialists and bankers supported Hitler.
Folks like Prescott Bush, George Herbert Walker, Henry Ford, and Charles Lindbergh supported Hitler's military build-up and profited from it.

6. I'm reading a British spy novel called Sand Blind by Julian Rathbone
It takes place in the lead-up to the 1991 Gulf War, and at first, it reads as if it's taking a conservative viewpoint, but it turns out to be extremely cynical about both the Americans and the Brits.
