Rasmussen: Bush Disapproval Number Up 3 Points Today
Edited on Thu Dec-01-05 09:32 AM by Mark E. Smith
You think the Little President will ever figure out that Iraq just isn't his issue anymore? The more he talks about this war the worse things get for him.

53% to 56% Disapprove today
46% to 44% Approve today

Big old 5 point swang.

Yeah, I know, it's Rasmussen and the numbers are high. But 1/3 of this number came from last night's calls and it looks like the reaction from yesterday's bullshit fest isn't working out very well for Junior.

4. Every time he opens his mouth
even in the AM when he's more or less coherent, more people catch on to the fact that he's a lying, incompetent, stupid sociopath.

Even tossing in a word like "foment" can't help.

9. But that's USUALLY been the case.
Bush relies on talking heads in the media to make the case...with the usual lies....that he can't make.

The more one sees of the actual Bush and not the Fox propaganda, the less one likes him. It's been true since Bush's personal, days upon days campaigning in New Hampshire brought a solid McCain win. Next stop was South Carolina, which he won with a huge media buy, a smear campaign and a speech directly to his base.

10. So Much For That "Major Speech"
It's major because they said so, not because there was anything major in it. The people are starting to smell the spin and many are not buying it anymore.

11. Bush learn's from Monty Python.....
Each speech now remides me of the Cheese Shop sketch. A cheese shop that has "NO" CHEESE.When plan is written sixty times behind him, there is "NO" plan. No Child Left Behind, means "Every Child left behind". Apparently 37% of our citizenry are now under some mind control program.

12. Maybe that contrived backdrop had something to do with it.
Edited on Thu Dec-01-05 10:45 AM by Straight Shooter
"Plan For Victory" and a glossy 35-page pamphlet, with repetition of the word "enemy" 35 times versus 11 times for the word "insurgents." Or maybe it was the asinine reference to September 11 as soon as he began his blundering bloviation.

Or maybe it's because his coke jaw was seriously working overtime.

edit oops
