with companies that have customer reps with heavy Indian accents! This is exactly what we must do. How do these idiot corporations think there will be any business in America for them when they don't employ American people? DUH...they'd get the point!

4. Some mortgage companies send applicants' info overseas

for processing. More and more US Tax Returns are outsourced and processed overseas. How secure do you feel knowing it is likely all your personal financial info is zapped around the globe? How bout medical records? Lots of medical transcription now outsourced too.

There are no nations anymore. National laws which supposedly protect consumers are laughed at by global corporations.

6. MAJOR bank

several YEARS ago, exported customer service to India. Both myself and my daughter called about our accounts and couldn't understand what the hell they were saying.

We both dropped our accounts there and changed banks.
