Liberal Most Fascaniting
Every year Barbara Waters list the people she think are the most fascaniting of the year. I did not watch the show, but was wondering who she picked as the most fascinating person of the year.

I did not watch the show because I did not think any of the people on the show were really that fascinating. I was thinking of who I would pick as a fascinating person. I came up with George Galloway. So who do other DUers think are the most fascinating people of this year?

4. I tell you what, the film makers got lucky with that group.
Not one of those kids has turned out dog ugly in their teens. Very lucky indeed.

5. I know - very lucky
and I find that extremely fascinating - when was there ever a series of movies that were able to withstand the aging? I would have loved to have been an investor on that venture. Oopps, capital greed - my bad. It's late and was just told my entire family is coming in for Christmas and that means I have to get them all gifts instead of the piecemeal mailings I do over time.....shit.

6. Yeah, Daniel Radcliffe might even be too cute
to be Harry, IMO. The character in the book had a more angular face and wilder hair. Radcliffe will grow up to be a handsome man.

7. I believe Walters picked Camilla Parker-Bowles...
as the most fascinating. I didn't watch either (Condi, Natalee Holloway's mom, and Tom Cruise turned me away) but that's what someone else said in a different thread about it.

I don't know who I'd pick as most fascinating. Strangely enough, I think I'm leaning toward Harry Reid.

9. Whoa! That's some world-class creative mis-spelling! "Fascaniting!"
That ranks up with some student writing I once saw from when my sister was an elementary school teacher in New Orleans. One of the kids had written "drawing" as "draowaing" - which probably perfectly replicated his accent!

12. No way!
Wendy, Scoop or even Rolly are definitely more charismatic than Bob or Old Man Pickles! I mean, let's face it, Bob gets by on govt. payola contracts with the mayor and his handiness with a hammer, but it's really Wendy who has the charm and mad organizational skillz.

Also, IMHO, Barbara Walters and Dick Clark have their mirrors in the same attic somewhere. It's gotta be near where George Hamilton's pasty white real body from 1970 is kept...
