LTTE: "I thank God John Kerry lost"
You see, folks, some people are just toally, utterly unreachable. Megadittoes, Shawn!

======

We can't trust Democrats to run this country.

Under Tom Murphy, Pittsburgh is a financially distressed city. Under Democratic leadership, the city has lost many jobs, and people have moved to Harrisburg, York, Chambersburg, Erie. .... Under Democratic leadership, a city where the population was once 800,000 is now 400,000. If Pittsburgh wants to become financially strong, they should elect Republicans.

Democrats have hurt Philadelphia as well and are trying to ruin Harrisburg. ...
Pennsylvania should elect a Republican governor because tax-and-spend Eddie can't be trusted. I thank God John Kerry lost in 2004. ...

Democrats can't be trusted in the war on terror. They want to talk to terrorists and hold meetings. They don't want to fight them, which is why Rick Santorum must be re-elected in 2006.

Democrats can't be trusted to run the country, which is why Condi Rice should be our next president.

Shawn Moore

Chambersburg

1. ...because the alternative is soooo much better
seriously, could things be any worse with Gore and/or Kerry as President? I suppose so, but I'd bet the farm things would be better, both domestically and internationally.

3. Of course. But "Condi" should be our next President.
Because...because....reading it again I can't see any logic other than she is not Democratic.

5. How do you know that she's not a democrat?
...because she says she's not?

Well, what makes you think she's not telling the truth?

8. Condi has been the architect of the rebuilding of Iraq
And look how well that's gone :eyes:

I am sorry to sound nasty, but the writer of this LTTE needs to get on meds to curb these wild delusions she's having that are injurious to herself and others.....

2. Hasn't Pittsburgh been financially depressed for a relatively long time?
I blame the Bush economy. Have you heard, the stock market says we're doing GREAT!

4. That's a joke
We need Dems to run this country in '06 and '08 for many reasons.

We wouldn't go to war for the wrong reasons.

We wouldn't try to cut important things from the budget like the republicans did like medicaid and school lunches.

and we wouldn't abuse the power in Congress.

No Shawn we need the Dems to fight back and take back America.

And re-electing Rick Santorum would be a bad thing Shawn, Casey will run rampet on his butt.

As for Pittsburgh well..I agree, Pittsburgh need new ideas to bounce back since all the steel mills are gone and since the pittsburgh is under facsist rule from Democrats it won't. A couple of republicans on the city council could help.

And it's not the Democratic party that is bad, it's the total idiots the people elect.

6. The first step is admitting he has a problem
I admit it, he has a problem.

The second step is a 2x4 aside the head to try to jar loose the plaster and dust and maybe jolt the brain out of denial. Even if it fails, well, who wouldn't enjoy slapping such an idiot aside the head with a 2x4?

10. The Pgh. economy can't be blamed on the Mayor!
Pgh has never recovered from losking the steel industry. To make matters worse, the population is aging and eroding the tax base.

Both problems have been around for many years! I know. I grew up there, and finally moved in 1987, but I still have many relatives there.
