The Value of Air America Radio
This is a bit of a trivial story, but it promotes a broader idea. This morning of the Today Show there was a story of a 16 year old girl who had played quarterback on her high school team. The story was that the girl was the second string quarterback for the JV team. The first string JV quarterback got injured and she was called in to play. She then threw for three touchdowns.

Here is the catch. Rachel Maddow reported on this story about a month ago and the Today Show is just getting to it today. Maybe it took the Today Show so long because they had to setup an interview, but to take a whole month to interview the girl is a long time. This is not the only story in which Air America has report it and then weeks later the MSM reports on the story. It is also the case that the MSM will leave out a piece of the story that Air America has reported. So this show the value of Air America Radio. People listening to AAR can get new weeks before people who only watch the MSM.

1. AAR and Liberal Radio
is way ahead of the curve. Those supposed "conspiracy theories" are panning out as truth. And most of America is beginning to catch on to it. As a result, big media has lost a lot of its credibility, so now they too are trying to be more critical of the Admin. Then again, that is in part due to the fact that Bush has fucked up so bad, its almost impossible for them to brush his actions/inactions aside anymore.

Someone here posted a list of the year's twenty-five most unreported and underreported stories. Thanks to DU, I was familiar with twenty-three of them!
