* knew about 10 marines killed before his "the economy rocks" gaggle
Scotty just revealed that * learned about the Falluja incident last night. But never the less, this morning he had to gather the press and gloat about how the economy is doing so well.

:grr:

1. I don't think I've mentioned lately how despicable * is.
The depths to which he sinks just keeping getting lower. Guess there's no end to them, is there?

6. the Coward was afraid of facing shouted questions about...
ten dead marines. That explains the timing.

How long will it be before he has another press conference?

I say six months at a minimum.

Fucking scumbag coward.

5. most of my friends are operators of small bussinesses.
All of them, including a couple of Republicans, say the present business climate is the worst in 30 years. I agree.

18. they still think we will believe their lies
rather than the reality of our own experiences and perceptions:

Bush's response to Katrina was effective and efficient.

Bush never linked Iraq with 9/11 to mislead the country into war. And besides, the war is going great.

Jobs are plentiful and the economy is thriving even if everyone you know is working harder for less money and worried about being able to keep the furnace running this winter.

They need to come up with a better game plan, this one's not working very well anymore.
I mean, sure they still have their fake war on Christmas but unfortunately that's a seasonal tactic and most people aren't falling for it anyway.

20. transcript here:

http://www.whitehouse.gov/news/releases/2005/12/20051202-2.html

Q Can I ask, when the President came to the Rose Garden this morning, about 10:45 a.m., at that hour did the White House already know about this attack on the Marines in Fallujah?

MR. McCLELLAN: Yes, we did. The President was informed about the loss of the Marines last night, and those that were injured, and then he was briefed again this morning. We are saddened by the loss of life, whether it's one soldier who loses his or her life, or 10 or 11. We are saddened to hear that news. Our heart and prayers go out to the families. Their loved ones paid the ultimate sacrifice for an important cause, and we are forever grateful for their service and sacrifice.

21. "whether it's one soldier ... or 10 or 11."
See that quote? You see that? Now extrapolate it a bit. Will he be as sad for 5,000 soldiers dead as 2,125+ so far? How about 25,000 soldiers? Will that make them as sad as 5,000 soldiers dead?

Jeebus. Where is a wall. I need a wall right now! :banghead:
