NPR Radio the other day...need help
heard on NPR that the US is payrolling the Irag army. It said that Irag still has no infrastructure in place to set up payments to its public servants? Can anyone else verify this? This is huge! Where is all of the oil revenue going?

6. NPR
it was the drive home show in the afternoon. I think they had some General/Colonel on the air talking about the payments to the Iraqi troops. It sounded like he may have slipped and said about the payroll.

scroll to the bottom and there is a link for yesterdays show...and on that page a link to wednesday's show. Check the stories listed and see if one is the one you heard.
