Too bad these freeps chose the less popular freep site to post at) that I have never bothered to deny most of the things that they say about me out in freep land.
That is true enough.
So, for all the freeps who spew and those of you that want some more insight into how these folks operate (as if it is needed), here is a short list of things that freeps believe to be facts about me that are either outright lies started by one of their own or misunderstandings mostly based on half-assed googling of my info:

Just How Much "Not Blaming The Troops" Is TOO MUCH Not Blaming Them?

I fully believe that our troops are in a terrible situation. I also believe that many get immoral orders from their commanders.
But, I am really starting to wonder what the hell is up with troops themselves. Why are they so regularly killing innocents and babies . Why do they not refuse immoral and illegal orders?
I know after Vietnam everyone is leary of blaming the troops. But, lets face it folks. Someone is pulling the damn trigger. Someone is torturing our detainees.
Does anyone know (besides the Abu Ghraib 8) what individuals have been held accountable for illegal actions in this war?
I am beginning to think that we Liberal Democrats may be cutting these babykillers TOO MUCH SLACK.
Do not get me wrong, I do not advocate spitting on returning troops and calling them baby killers ,Ok, well maybe in the absence of Cameras (their emphasis) ,but we liberal Democrats need to call a spade a spade
But, who among us can sit here knowing about the torture of detainees and widespread death and destruction that has befallen many innocent Iraqis and not want to see some court martials and jail time for those that are out of line?
This ALTERED text of something I posted here was reposted in freepland on Aug 17 just prior to my trip to Crawford. The stuff about spitting on the troops and calling them baby killers was the bulk of the added material. At the time the freeps were worked up by a thread I posted with a graphic of the guy than ran over the crosses down there by a poster from grand rapids. They have repeated it over and over at the site like a mantra ever since to discredit me and justify my banning.
Here I do have an apology to make. I have accused a certain poster at that site of doing the rewrite. I was wrong about that so to "Q" I say I am sorry. In fact it was from poster "CC" in reply 333 who first did the post and therefore the most likely person lying to your whole site.

I have noted this before and I have been accused of editing the post to clean it up later. It is true that I edited the post for some typos WITHIN 1 HOUR OF POSTING AS RESTRICTED BY DU'S "EDITING PERIOD" ITSELF. The date stamp on the real post clearly indicates that the edit occurred well before the posting took place in freep land. This is easily verifiable to ANY FREEP that chooses to take a simple look at the links above and compare the real text to what was uncritically accepted at the time and since. It is regularly alleged it the reason I am banned there.
Should the mods like to check this all out and reinstate me, I'll be waiting.
2) That Distressed Sis and I were kicked out of Crawford's Camp Casey while I was on my trip down. This too it easily debunked. I think it is actually based on simple misunderstanding blown up by endless repetition with no details. In their defense, they have provided a link to some local paper write up that mentions the incident that occurred while I was there where several socialists that were selling their paper were removed. it refers to some bad info that was posted here by Darby (I'm sure quite innocently).
What DID occur was this, at first there was some confusion about where we would be allowed to set up a tent for DUers to meet. There was a good amount of confusion among the coordinators about whether and where it would be placed. The space was limited and they were obviously interested in highlighting the five organizations that were on the ground sponsoring the event.
A few people of the various organizers did express concern that the message on our posters may be a bit "extreme" for the tone that they were trying to set or were off message (specifically the Crawford Coward poster). Another odd incident occurred when someone that had not read our signs confused us with freeps because we had flags. That ceased to be a problem pretty quickly as folks started pouring in with all manner of signage. We fit right in. They just did not want the stuff right next to the gold star mothers. Fair enough. In the end, the tent was placed and there was never any talk of us being "kicked out".
The tent did get set up, but we left signs off it and mainly stayed inside the big tent with the stage. It did become a little DU spot later on and it was left there to continue on working.

And more to the point, he NEVER said, nor did the article referenced that we were removed. The removal was a reference to the socialist workers party.
This is too damn long and most of you have stopped reading. If you are still with me, let me wrap with this.
I will not dignify the other charges about my sex life, or being a child molester or any of that gross, and pointless drivel beyond listing it among the various stupid untruths that the freeps choose, out of their hatered, to believe about me.
As to claims that rather than being a professor, I am a lowely TA. I have debunked that and many there seem to have gotten the up to date info on my teaching. I am techically classified as a "lecturer". That means non-tenure track. But, prof just thre same. They do hunt me down.
Now Freeps, if you really seek truth like you claim, check this all out. It is all laid out right here for you to follow up and confirm. Otherwise, you can dismiss this out of hand, keep repeating lies for the sake of discrediting me, par for the course.
It neither bothers me nor does it dissuade me from coming after you every chance I get.
