'Stay the course' on stem cell research-
bush claims that to pull out of Iraq before 'victory' is achieved, regardless of the lives that will cost- (and believing in a dubious objective- ie."Victory") would mean that those who had died thus far, would have died in 'vain'-

Now, I admit to being rather ignorant, but stem cell research is research which uses cells from aborted fetus' = fetus' that have already been decided to be terminated.- The 'lives' that those fetus' would have had, are, gone- and why is it not seen as lives being thrown away 'in vain' when to use the cells that CANNOT become life any longer, to develop ways, or to refine treatments for those who are already ALIVE?-

I'm not vocalizing this well- maybe someone could take this concept and say it better? We have grown, healthy, men and women that 'we' are willing to sacrifice to the 'god of war' in the name of some nebulous 'dream' of 'democracy' in Iraq- lives that are being ended BECAUSE bush won't admit he failed us all- and countless Iraqi lives that are being destroyed on a daily basis- Yet, the notion of bringing something life-giving out of terminated 'life' - something that is already dead, is .... immoral???

I'm crazy- but this makes absolutely no sense at all.
"Cut and run" when it comes to abortion- lives that are already gone- but 'Stay the Course' when it comes to saving lives of people that actually already exist????

help!

1. Not even abortion
Fertility clinics throw out fertilized embryos every. Herein lies the insane hypocrisy of the situation.
