Can we make lemonade out of this lemon?
Edited on Sat Dec-10-05 08:36 AM by kentuck
With Joe Lieberman becoming so publically cozy with Bush and Cheney over the war, what can the Democrats say or do to turn it in our favor? They could turn against Lieberman and request that he join the Republican Party? They can run someone against him in next year's primary? Or they can use his "immoral" behavior to point out that the Democrats may not like what some in our Party do or say but we do not prohibit them from saying it, as does another national Party that shall not go unnamed: Republican. Few Republicans will dare go as far out on the limb in the opposing direction as Joe Lieberman does in the Democratic Party. Are they afraid? Are they threatened?
