Lousy job protecting Iraqis Bush. Why would anyone want our 'protection'? |
|
By Bush's account, thirty-thousand Iraqis dead. By other accounts, 200,000+ Iraqis dead.
Our soldiers might have success defending the government they helped install, but they've done a piss poor job of keeping Iraqis from harm. Kinda of like us here at home, without the carpet bombing and search and destroy missions, of course . . .

1. Same reason a dry cleaners would want the protection of the local mob |

When someone comes up to you with a big gun and says "Hey, support me and I'll protect you," and you notice that the gun is pointed at you, you tend to see things their way until that gun is gone. That word "protection" means different things to Bush and other crime lords than it means to free people.
